Pleasant and quiet location with free parking. Excellent café nearby for coffee and sweets. Friendly and helpful owner. Clean room and bathroom. Availability of a garden to relax in nice weather. Easy access to metro station and bus terminal. Gorgeous house with comfortable amenities. Helpful staff and great decoration

Excellent property with lovely garden, cozy swimming pool, and comfortable bed. Convenient location near bus stations and close to the airport. Ideal for free and safe parking. Pleasant owner, clean room and bathroom, and easy access to metro and bus terminals. Will definitely recommend and return.

We had a pleasant stay at this accommodation located in a quiet area. It was ideal for us as we needed free parking in a safe place, and luckily, there was a police station right across the street. the owner of the property was very friendly and helpful, and everything in the room and bathroom worked great. We also enjoyed spending time in the garden when the weather was nice. There was a wonderful café just around the corner where we could start our mornings with a cup of coffee and some delicious pastries. the Basilica San Paolo metro station and Trastevere terminal bus station were easily accessible from here, making it convenient for us to explore the city. we highly recommend L'Affittacamere Nel Parco Appia Antica. Cons: Nothing, all great! 😊.
